Hand-sewn in Alicante, where the espadrille comes from. The jute rope sole is stitched by hand through the upper – no glue – and a thin rubber pad is bonded underneath so the rope does not wear through on pavement.
Washed linen upper, cotton lining, no sock. Light, cool and slightly imperfect by design.
